Marianne brings more than twenty years of human resource and professional coaching experience to her organizational consulting work. Throughout her career, she has provided a variety of human resource services for all levels of employees at several Fortune 100 companies. For the past ten years her work has focused on consulting with corporate executives on issues such as organizational assessment, leadership training, performance improvement and team dynamics. Marianne holds a Masters degree in Organization Development and is a master certified Zenger-Miller trainer, a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and an experienced practitioner in large scale system change.
